If you don’t have time, and who has the time to read everything in detail, then there are the following quick notes (details will follow below):
If you visit this website as an unregistered user, little spectacular happens. The web server will process your IP address for the duration of your visit (it must, otherwise we could not deliver the content to you). The application of the website stores some types of access to this page for seven or 60 days. If no error occurs for which a log is created, the IP address is also stored anonymously. In case of errors the entire IP is saved, but after 7 days the log entry is already deleted again.
A web analysis system in the form of Google Analytics is in use. But here too, the IP addresses are made anonymous. We do not get a personal reference to you with pure visitors.
We usually only receive personal data if you have a login on our site. Customers and interested parties will also find a special data protection notice.
In accordance with Article 13 GDPR, we inform you of the legal basis for the processing of your data. PACRAFT Europe GmbH and the website provider collect data on the basis of our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This is because our interest is the secure and functional operation of this website.
This is based on Article 4 GDPR.
Personal data” means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as “data subject”). Identifiable is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by assignment to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special characteristics that express the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Processing” means any operation or series of operations carried out with or without the aid of automated procedures in connection with personal data, such as the collection, collection, organisation, classification, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, reconciliation or linking, restriction, erasure or destruction
Responsible” means a natural or legal person, authority, institution or other body which alone or together with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.
To manage the cookies and similar technologies used (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) and related consents, we use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner”. Details on how “Real Cookie Banner” works can be found at https://devowl.io/rcb/data-processing/.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data in this context are Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR and Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the management of the cookies and similar technologies used and the related consents.
The provision of personal data is neither contractually required nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the personal data. If you do not provide the personal data, we will not be able to manage your consents.
We collect, use and pass on your personal data only if this is permitted by law, not otherwise specified in this data protection provision or if you consent to the collection and processing of data
What kind of data and the purpose can be found in the following sections.
Type of data processed
The following data is processed:
IP addresses are stored anonymously on this website. It is then no longer possible to establish a personal reference.
But there are also exceptions, especially the following:
If IP addresses are stored within the error log, e.g. due to incorrect page views (“404” detection and similar) or incorrect logon attempts, the IP address is not anonymized. This is then necessary to analyze and correct technical errors during logon. Especially when “hacking” is often tried to call up content that does not exist, therefore our interest in the processing of this data prevails .
Incidentally, the legal basis for the processing of these data with regard to pure visitors to the Internet presence is Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR. Our interest is to ensure integrity. Confidentiality and availability of data processed via the website. For registered users of the website, the legal basis is Article 6 para. 1 lit. b) of the GDPR.
This is different if you have sent us an e-mail. This means that you are no longer a visitor to this page, but have a communication contact with us. This, in turn, is something completely different from this website.
Purpose of processing
On the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, we / our hosting provider collect data on access to the server(s) that make the service available. This is log data of the server operating system and the application that the website provides. IP addresses are not completely stored. The last three digits are set to “0” (zero) in the access log. It is then no longer possible to establish a personal reference.
However, there are exceptions to every principle. IP addresses will not be anonymized and stored for 7 days in case of incorrect logins, non-existent pages or general errors. This allows technical errors to be analyzed and eliminated. And especially in case of hacking attempts we have the possibility to block certain IP addresses for our protection.
It is important to note that when weighing up interests, our interests predominate with regard to the processing of this data.
Processed data shall be erased or restricted in processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the DSBER. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer intended and there are no legal retention periods.
If deletion of the data is not possible because the data is required for other legally permissible purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
Server log data is stored for security reasons, e.g. to investigate misuse cases. Anonymised log data (IP addresses) are kept for 60 days. It is then no longer possible to establish a personal reference. Error log data is deleted after seven days. If data are required for the preservation of evidence, they are excluded from deletion until the incident has been completely and finally clarified.
In accordance with §257 (1) HGB (trading books, inventories, balance sheets, commercial letters, accounting documents and others), they are stored for 6 years or in accordance with §147 (1) AO (books, management reports, business letters, tax-relevant documents and others) for 10 years.
Gemäß §257 Abs.1 HGB (Handelsbücher, Inventare, Bilanzen, Handelsbriefe, Buchungsbelege und weiteres) erfolgt eine Aufbewahrung für 6 Jahre bzw. gemäß §147 Abs. 1 AO (Bücher, Lageberichte, Geschäftsbriefe, steuerrelevante Unterlagen und weiteres) für 10 Jahre.
If you contact us (e.g. contact form, e-mail, telephone, social media or event such as trade fairs and the like), your details will be processed for processing and reply in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) f). Your data can be stored in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) or similar. Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Enquiries will be deleted by us so that they are no longer necessary. The necessity is reviewed annually.
On the basis of our business interests, we store information from business partners, interested parties, suppliers and organizers and other business partners, e.g. for the purpose of later contact. The majority of this data is company-related and is always stored permanently.
Our web server is located in the EU at a German provider (Mittwald). And, an order processing contract according to Article 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider. E-mails are processed by our own mail server, also here, within the EU.
Nevertheless, services are used by third parties (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube – details below), these are service providers from the USA, for us there is no comparable alternative from the EU. This is a pity, but unfortunately it is so.
Any disclosure of the data to third parties (persons or companies; contractors) within the framework of our processing, by transmission or other access, shall only take place on the basis of a legal permit. This may be necessary for the fulfilment of the contract according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR or there may be a legitimate interest, according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. f), in the use of contractors, web hosters and others. If we commission third parties on the basis of an order processing contract, this shall be on the basis of Article 28 GDPR.
We use an external hosting partner for the purpose of operating this website. Hosting services are used for this purpose: Infrastructure, operating system services, storage space, database services, security services and technical maintenance. These are required for the purpose of operating the website.
In doing so, we, or our hosting partner, process the data mentioned under “Type of data processed” on the basis of our legitimate interest in an efficient and secure provision of the website in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 letter f) GDPR in conjunction with Article 28 GDPR (contract for order processing).
Processing in a third country (outside the EU (European Union) or EEA (European Economic Area)), or processing by third parties in a third country (disclosure or transfer), shall only take place if the specific conditions laid down in Articles 44 et seq. GDPR (processing on the basis of special categories, officially recognised determination of a data protection level equal to the EU (e.g. Privacy Shield, USA) or officially recognised contractual obligations (standard contractual clauses)) and if the processing takes place for the fulfilment of (pre)contractual obligations, on the basis of consent, legal obligations or on the basis of our legitimate interest.
You have the right:
to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Article 15 GDPR – for requests for information that are not made in writing and/or that cannot otherwise be verified with certainty, you must expect us to make inquiries. We need to make sure you’re the person you claim to be.
to demand immediately the correction of incorrect or complete personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 16 GDPR
to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Article 17 GDPR
to request, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR, the restriction of the processing of your personal data if you dispute the accuracy of the data, if the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but if you need it to assert, exercise or defend your rights
to receive, in accordance with Article 20 GDPR, the personal data you have provided to us in a structured, current and machine-readable format or to request the transmission to another person responsible; and
to complain to a supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 GDPR.
You can find your responsible supervisory authority in the following link:
https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html
If you have given your consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time, without giving reasons, with effect for the future, in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3.
This website uses cookies for pseudonymised range measurement, which are transmitted to the user’s browser either from our server or the server of third parties. Cookies are small files that are stored on your end device. Your browser accesses these files. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of this website.
If you do not want cookies for range measurement to be stored on your terminal device, you can object to the use of these files here:
If you do not want cookies to be stored on your terminal device, please deactivate the corresponding option in the system settings/ browser settings. Cookies that have already been saved can be deleted from the browser. If cookies are excluded, the functions of this website may be restricted.
On the basis of legitimate interest, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f), for analysis and optimisation, we use content and service offers from third parties on our website. For example, we can integrate their fonts, videos and images.
The prerequisite for this is that the provider perceives the IP address of the user (without IP address the contents cannot be delivered to the user’s browser) as this is required for the presentation of the contents. Our effort is that we only use such content where the provider only uses the IP address to deliver the content
It is possible that the providers use Web Beacons and use them for statistical and marketing purposes (e.g. evaluation of visitor traffic on our website). It is also possible that this information is stored in cookies on the user’s device and contains technical information, operating system used, referring websites, visit times and other information about the use of our website.
On the basis of our legitimate interest (optimization and analysis and optimization and economic operation of the online offer) pursuant to Article 6 (1) (f), we use Google Analytics, which is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Irland). The service (Google Analytics) uses “cookies” – text files which are stored on your end device. The information collected by the cookies is usually sent to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
Google LLC complies with European data protection law and is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement:https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active
IP anonymisation is used on this website. The IP address of users will be reduced within the member states of the EU and the European Economic Area and in the other signatory states to the agreement. Only in individual cases is the IP address initially transmitted in full to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. This reduction eliminates the personal reference to your IP address. The user’s IP address transmitted by the browser is not combined with other data stored by Google.
The data collected by Google on our behalf is used to evaluate the use of our online offer by individual users, e.g. to create reports on the activity on the website in order to improve our online offer.

Further information on data use by Google Inc:
This website uses the Google Tag Manager. This service provides an interface for management of website tags. The Google Tag Manager only implements tags, without setting cookies and without collecting personal data. The Google Tag Manager triggers other tags, which may collect personal data. However, the Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If deactivation has occurred at the domain or cookie level, it remains applicable for all tracking tags, as long as they are implemented with the Google Tag Manager.
This website uses the Remarketing and “Similar Target Group” function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). This makes it possible to specifically address you with personalized and interest-related advertising when you visit websites in the “Google Display Network”. “Google Remarketing” and the “Similar Target Groups” function use “cookies”, or text files that are stored on your computer and allow analysis of your use of the website. These text files contain information about your visits, as well as anonymized data about your use of the website. This involves no storage of personal data. If you visit another website in the “Google Display Network”, you may be shown advertising that with high probability takes into consideration products and information that was previously viewed on our website. You can prevent “Google Remarketing” and “Similar Target Groups” by configuring your browser software to not allow the saving of cookies. Please be aware, however, that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website. Google Ads Conversion Tracking:
This website uses the “Google Ads Conversion Tracking” function of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Ads Conversion tracking uses “cookies”, or text files that are stored on your computer and allow analysis of your use of the website when you have clicked on a Google ad. The cookies are valid for a maximum period of 90 days. This involves no storage of personal data. As long as the cookie is valid, both Google and we as the website provider can recognize that you have clicked on an ad and have reached a particular target page (e.g. an order confirmation or newsletter subscription page). These cookies cannot be tracked using different websites of multiple advertisers. The cookie causes conversion statistics to be created in “Google Ads”. These statistics include the number of users who have clicked on one of our ads. They also count how many users have reached a target page that has been tagged with a conversion tag. However, the statistics contain no data that could be used to identify you. You can prevent cookies from being saved on your hard drive by selecting “Accept no cookies” in your browser settings (in MS Internet Explorer under “Extras > Internet Options > Security > Settings”; in Firefox under “Extras > Settings > Security > Cookies”); please be aware, however, that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website. By using this website you agree to the processing of the collected data by Google in the aforementioned manner and for the aforementioned purpose. Additional information about how Google uses conversion data and about Google’s data privacy policy is available at: support.google.com/Ads/answer/93148, www.google.de/policies/privacy/.“
Google Display & Video 360 (previously Doubleclick Bid Manager)
On this website, we use the Display & Video 360 tool from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, which collects data for analysis, marketing and optimization purposes, in order to improve our marketing measures and our website. This allow us to determine whether Internet users who have seen our advertisements visit our website or which products they are interested in. This helps us to use our advertising budget more efficiently. We may also use the data collected to deliver advertising based on your interests (e.g. products viewed). Campaign Manager (previously DoubleClick by Google)
This website continues to use the Campaign Manager online marketing tool from Google. Campaign Manager uses cookies to display relevant ads for users, to improve reports on the campaign performance, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to determine which ads are shown in which browser, therefore preventing them from being shown more than once. In addition, the Campaign Manager can used cookie IDs to detect so-called conversions, which are relevant for ad queries. This is the case, for example, if a user sees a Campaign Manager ad and later visits the website of the company placing the ad and purchases something on the website. According to Google, Campaign Manager cookies contain no personal information. Based on the marketing tools that are used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Google server. We have no control over the extent and further utilization of data collected by means of this tool, and we therefore inform you to the best of our knowledge: Integration of the Campaign Manager allows Google to receive the information that you accessed a particular area of our website or clicked one of our ads. If you are registered for a Google service, then Google can associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, there is a possibility that the provider may obtain and store your IP address. In addition, the Campaign Manager (DoubleClick Floodlight) cookies that are used enable us to understand whether you perform certain actions on our website after you have accessed or clicked on one of our display/video ads on Google or another platform via Campaign Manager (conversion tracking). Campaign Manager uses this cookie to understand the content with which you interacted on our websites, so we can send you relevant ads at a later time. You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure in various ways: a) configuration of a setting in your browser software, in particular the suppression of third-party cookies, which prevents you from receiving ads from third-party providers; b) deactivation of cookies for conversion tracking, by configuring your browser so that cookies from the domain www.googleadservices.com are blocked, www.google.de/settings/ads; this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; c) deactivation of interest-related ads from the provider, which are part of the self-regulation campaign “About Ads”, via the linkhttp://www.aboutads.info/choices; this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies; d) permanent deactivation in the Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browser under the linkhttp://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin; e) configuration of your cookie settings. Please be aware that in this case you may not be able to fully use all functions of this website. In addition, you can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookies or your use of the website and the processing of this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available from support.google.com/adsense/answer/142293 “Display settings”, “Extension for Campaign Manager deactivation”. You are interested in our company and our products. We are very pleased about that. We want to inform you comprehensively and transparently about the protection of your personal data. We are convinced that you have a right to be completely and transparently informed about what happens to your personal data.
It is important to note that we will not pass on your data to third parties.
However, there are also exceptions to principles. The operation of a newsletter is not trivial and cannot be implemented by ourselves with our own means. For this reason we use a technical service provider who processes the data.
It is our conviction that the distribution of information via e-mail newsletter is an important step to inform you about our services.
In our search for a technical service provider, we deliberately chose CleverReach. Data security, data protection and the appropriate range of functions for us are fulfilled here. The IT systems are located within the European Union (EU).
In general, we operate a “closed” newsletter. For example, it is not possible for “everyone” to register via a publicly accessible page. We enter the data into the IT system ourselves and only include existing customers and interested parties here (see also legal basis).
With the e-mail newsletter, we provide you with information on our services, products, our company and invitations to events on the points mentioned.
We store for the dispatch of the e-mail newsletter exclusively your e-mail address, your first and last name and company with our newsletter service provider. It is in our interest and appreciation to address you personally in newsletters. For this we need your name in the CleverReach IT system. It is also in our interest to see to which companies we send our newsletter.
CleverReach offers a statistical evaluation of usage data. This allows us to see to how many users an e-mail was sent, whether an e-mail was rejected or whether a user unsubscribed from the newsletter after receiving the e-mail.
The tracking of opening and click rates enables us to delete newsletter recipients who have not used our newsletter for a longer period of time. In this way we save the recipient unnecessary e-mails and money (and this interest is obvious).
We can offer better performance through tracking and can identify which content is interesting for newsletter recipients and which is less.
Of course we hope, we are completely honest, through the tracking of opening and click rates also conversations, meetings at our events and hopefully also further contracts, because this is in our interest.
The legal basis for existing customers is Section 7 (3) UWG. For interested parties, this is Article 6 para. 1 lit. a) of the GDPR, your consent to the dispatch of newsletter e-mails.
In the evaluation, analysis and usage behaviour, the legal basis is our legitimate interest according to Article 6 para. 1 lit. f) (see above).
In general, an objection is possible at any time.
You have the right to be informed about your personal data and you can contact us at any time.
In the case of a “request for information” which is not made in writing or which cannot be verified otherwise, you must expect that we make inquiries. We must ensure that you are the person you claim to be.
You have the right to correction or deletion or to restriction of the processing, as far as this is legally entitled to you.
Finally, you also have the right to revoke. With each newsletter you can unsubscribe or send us an e-mail to the address below.
You also have the right to data transfer.
As soon as you unsubscribe from the e-mail newsletter you will be blocked in CleverReach and no further newsletter will be sent to you. We check this on a monthly basis and delete the personal data of users who have unsubscribed from the newsletter.
Since we and CleverReach are committed to data security and data protection, CleverReach regularly backs up your data. These are generally deleted after 30 days.
If you want to be deleted from the list
Every newsletter e-mail contains a note on how you can have your contact data deleted.
Alternatively, you can contact us at any time: info@pacraft-eu.com
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration will then apply for your next visit.
